- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on contingency fees, flat rate fees, hourly fees, as well as with people and companies with all different types of budgets. Credit card payments are also accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have an initial phone consultation followed by an in person meeting.
