- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $300/hr for creative/production and $250/hr for consulting/strategy. Most projects are fixed-fee once scope is defined, and we offer retainers for ongoing content/marketing. First-time clients and nonprofits receive 5% off; pay-in-full adds another 5% off. We can split into up to 4 payments (interest applies after the 2nd). Rush, on-site travel, and 3rd-party tools (ad spend, hosting, plugins) are billed at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Strategy first, assets second. We run a short discovery to clarify goals, audience, and success metrics, then map your brand using our NEXA identity system. From there we build (design, content, site), launch (go-live + distribution), and monitor (optimize with real data). You’ll get clear timelines, approvals, and weekly updates via ClickUp/HubSpot with assets in Google Drive.

20+ years of design, branding, and content production across web, photo, and video. We operate on EOS principles (rocks, KPIs, Level-10s) and modern growth playbooks (funnels, offers, email nurture, analytics). We’re a tech-forward studio—CRM setups, automation, and AI-assisted workflows are standard—so your brand isn’t just beautiful; it performs.
