- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to get to know a clients needs before giving a quote to make sure that it is a value for them as well as ensuring there are no surprises/extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a 15-20 minute phone call to hear what the client is looking for and discuss my background to make sure we are good fit. From there a face to face meeting to see current processes and make a plan for moving forward usually works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Accounting from Truman State University and have been working as a bookkeeping, tax, and payroll specialist with local businesses for the last 5 years.
