I was in desperate need of a new deck and had gotten a few quotes. Intelligent came out and they were professional and never pushy. They quoted a few decks using different materials, but made sure the decision was mine. There was constant communication from Intelligent about who would come out and draw up the plans and when, when they were getting the permits, and when my materials would arrive and the work would begin. I would definitely recommend them!

Intelligent Roofing went above and beyond with working with me on my roof. They were very responsive regarding any questions I had. They made sure I was informed. They followed through with all of the "punch" list items. I had an extremely large numbers of boards that needed to be replaced, they made sure I was aware and provided pictures.
