- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves: 1) Talking with the customer and figuring out what their vision is. Asking questions and LISTENING. Then we tell them we'll get back with them with a quote within just a couple of hours. 2) We speak with our Website Development team to discuss pricing and estimated time to completion 3) We reach out the customer with a proposal including a free quote and estimated time of completion. 4) If the customer agrees to our proposal they pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. 4) We complete our work, asking for feedback and changes along the way, always keeping customer service as our #1 prioirity. 5) Customer makes final payment 6) If Customer wants to, we can discuss ongoing maintenance, backups, plug-in updates, security measures etc. as either one time fees or monthly subscriptions.

College Educated. We are a full-stack development team with over 30+ years combined experience. We do it all.
