- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After helping every previous employer with their social media and internet marketing, and teaching myself WordPress thru a zillion versions of my own sites, I decided to go independent and freelance. I really love running my own business and getting challenged with different projects. I love helping other businesses succeed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make your selection when hiring professional freelancers carefully. Get details. Check references. Don't be afraid to ask questions or for more clarification. Get a timeline for completing the project, and also get details on what exactly is being provided and how much time will be spent on your project. It is really helpful to me if you're ready to provide me with graphics and direction - atleast with some sites in your industry that you think are good examples.
