- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Uncontested divorce or custody cases for a flat fee ranging from $850.00 to $1,200.00, plus the filing fee for the court. Contested family law matters on an hourly basis of $250.00 to $275.00 per hour, depending on which county. Traffic tickets start at $75.00. Criminal matters on a flat fee basis ranging from $500.00 to $7,000.00 depending on charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations are in person and free of charge. Depending on circumstances, a telephone or video consultation may be available. Flexible hours for your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates and Bachelor's degrees in paralegal studies. JD (Law degree) from St. Louis University School of Law in 2007. US Air Force veteran. 15 years of litigation practice.
