FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the specialized, professional service we provide. Notarization fees follow Missouri statutory rates, with travel fees based on distance and timing. Estate planning packages, apostille services, and wedding ceremonies are priced based on complexity, timeline, and travel requirements. We provide transparent pricing upfront during consultation—no hidden fees. Investment in professional services protects the validity of your important legal documents and ensures your special moments are handled with the care they deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation to understand your specific needs and timeline. For estate planning or apostille services, I coordinate with your attorney or other professionals to ensure seamless execution. For wedding ceremonies, we discuss your vision, preferences, and any personalization you’d like. I then schedule an appointment at your preferred location—your home, office, ceremony venue, or attorney’s office—arriving prepared with everything needed. For notarizations requiring apostilles, I can expedite processing and keep you informed throughout. Every client receives attentive, personalized service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA with extensive background in healthcare compliance and regulatory affairs. Commissioned Missouri Notary Public with specialized training in apostille procedures, estate planning document execution, and real estate transactions. Ordained wedding officiant. My background includes 8 years as Deputy Chief Privacy Officer at a major healthcare system, bringing exceptional attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements to every service I provide.
