Introduction: I show and screen all new applicants for possible residents. I handle all maintenance issues, handle all day-to-day tenant issues, post notices for all late rents and complaints, and work with attorneys for any evictions needed.
I inspect properties, to verify they are being kept up, for $15.00 to $25.00 per unit per month. I also find tenants for a referral fee for those investors not needing a property manager.
