Introduction: I've recently moved here from the Los Angeles area. In Los Angeles, I worked for a contractor on small residential, up to and including multimillion-dollar estates. I also have experience supervising bath and kitchen remodeling projects, working with designers and subcontractors. Most recently, I oversaw maintenance issues on an estate which involved coordinating contractors, tenants and the home warranty company. Thank you.
