I had noticed some issues once all this crazy weather came in and needed my roof repaired BADLY! Mr. Thompson was such a life saver to come out a quick as he did...and even did my estimate for free! The work was done with haste and he remained very professional throughout the entire process! This will always be my number one recommendation for roof repairs to ANYONE! Thank you John, you guys are the best!
Angie has cleaned for us in multiple locations for several years. A 48 unit Rental Complex, Glenwood, Several other individual rental units, my office, Show-Me Realty, and our personal home. I find her and her staff to be very thorough, Trustworthy and efficient. I highly recommend Angela Wedge and her husband, Curtis, who is more on the Repairs/Painting area.
I am extremely impressed with Holderman Construction. I recently hired this company for a project that involved several components, both indoor and exterior components, and I was completely satisifed with the results of every single component. I’ll go into the details in a minute, but among the highlights of working with this company were the excellent communication and feedback, the punctuality, great professionalism, and above all, the incredible attention to detail and high work quality, along with an excellent value - these guys put a lot of labor into my project at more than a fair price. And they were extremely easy to work with. My project lasted 4 days and they were great to interact with every single day, and did quality work every day. They were polite, friendly, and clean. They even removed their shoes, and did an outstanding job with post-project cleanup. The main interior project was bathroom remodeling of cabinets. We had attempted previously to have someone use color stain to re-stain our cabinets and trim, and we just never liked the results. So this project was starting to add up in cost, with a readily we didn’t really like. Ray (the primary/owner) and Aaron (one of his main partners) did an absolutely outstanding job on the bathroom cabinets. They fully sanded all the drawers and doors down so that the previous and original stains/polyurethane were completely removed before applying the color stain again. That was a critical component, because in the end, the color stain ended up looking terrific - even better than I’d hoped it would look. My expectation of how they should look when completed came from the swatches of the particular color I selected (rustic grey) for the color stain I’d purchased. We realized that the previous application of that same stain, we weren’t really seeing the wood come through the stain, but instead the previous (original) stain, becuase it hadn’t been fully removed. In the end, the cabinets and trim looked BETTER than that expectation! Ray and Aaron really hit it out of the park on this one. And when they were done with the sanding and staining, they cleaned up really well from the dust and there was very little lingering chemical smell from the stain. Awesome! I also had them fix some lingering plumbing problems that had frustrated me because a previous contractor was not able to resolve them. Not Holderman Construction - fixed them both for good. The remaining components of my project were wood rot repair and storm door installation. I really loved what they did with both of these tasks. Seems straightforward but there is the materials aspect - which product, wood or vinyl, etc. There was an odd complexity to the back door wood rot that introduced a potential obstacle but Ray and Aaron were able to find a solution and overcome it by finding the right type of wood at the right thickness (original builder apparently chose an unorthodox door and window frame thickness for SOME but not all of my windows and doors). They repaired the wood rot and painted over it and it looks great and is of course no longer rotted. But the real bonus for me was that in the process, Ray managed to correct an incredibly vexing problem with the main back door in front of the storm door - it was not level, and leaking a TON, and I mean a TON of air through the bottom and the sides. I didn’t go into the storm door installation with any expectation of improving the air flow issue for that door, but that’s what I ended up with. An almost complete remediation of that problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the back door now. It closes properly, it’s level, and virtually no air coming in! That’s only been bothering us for 15 years now. On top of that, several other contractors tried, but ultimately failed, to resolve that issue with the door. And come to think of it, at least one if not two previous contractors told me they’d fixed wood rot issues that they really did not fix. Well, they’re fixed now, becuase Holderman Construction fixed them CORRECTLY. Ray is highly attentive to detail, does quality work, at a more than fair price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. And I can say the same for Aaron, his partner. I really enjoyed working with them, and not only would I hire Holderman Construction again, but I’m sure right now that I WILL hire them again for other projects I have waiting. I highly recommend them.
Tile work, finish drywall work, framing work. Tyler did a great job on the work. Competitive prices and great craftsmanship.
We have used Doug Scarey for several projects over several years. He is very professional in his bidding process. The workmanship is excellent and very detailed oriented. You might even say he's a "perfectionist" and the job isn't done until it is done to his satisfaction! He has a working partnership with the suppliers in the area, too. Our recent project involved carpentry, painting, landscaping and window installation. If Doug can't do your project, he also has relationship with other professionals and he will contact them for you and oversee their work. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Klint Sutherland has worked on numerous projects for me over the past few years, including remodeling a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. He also built a crawl space shelter and a small deck for me. He always listened to what I wanted done and asked the right questions to understand my vision. His work always meets and exceeds my expectations. I will continue to go to him for projects.

Travis Weldy works for me repairing various items in my property management business. We have come across many many challenges. Mr Weldy is always reasonable about what he charges for his skills, and is very very knowledgeable about every aspect of carpentry and repair. Very reliable also, which is rare in this area!!!
I have used Molthan Construction for years... New roof, remodeled entrance way, deck work, bathroom repairs (faucets, commode and cabinet work), Painting, lighting fixtures, new doors & trim work (even installed a dutch door he made for me), carpet installation and snow removal. Any time we have a problem I call Brandon and he answers our needs. I have never had a problem with the quality of work they have provided and I must add that the cost was well below other estimates for the same projects. I am at an age where I can no longer do a lot of the things I normally would have done for myself years ago and he has never turned me down when I needed him. Brandon is friendly, loyal and honest... This alone is enough for me to recommend to any individual or business.
Excellent and prompt service. Quality work. Dependable and honest. I will definitely use the again. Seem less process with filing claims.
Tim, did a awesome job remodeling my bathroom. This was a complete gut job down to the floor joints. Bathroom remodeling consisted of new floor, porcelain tile, tub, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting, dry-wall, textured walls, paint, trim. Tim, was very reasonable in his labor cost and I believe he can work within any ones budget given him. I was so grateful of the job well done I also had Tim do my kitchen. Kitchen consisted of laying porcelain tile, ceiling fan, baseboard, which again Tim did an awesome job. I would hire Tim back in a heartbeat for any future projects.
I left this rating because he is very through and is willing to work with you and do the best he can. The only thing that has been working against him and working for me is this crappy weather. Otherwise he would be probably outstanding. Will let you know once my projects are completed.
