Introduction

I decided to go into business in hopes to provide a service for home owners that helps make their property exactly how they desire. My goal is to make the process of hiring a contractor as simple as possible, while still completing your project in a timely manner, and to your standards. Excavation/grading work is sometimes just a stepping stone in your project, but when done correctly it has the ability to make the entire project run smoothly, without the unnecessary headaches. I’ve been around equipment for years completing many different projects from light grading to clearing and home/shop pads. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for most projects is a bid to 100% complete your project, but on occasion we work by the hour with a minimum cost involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is simple. Starting with a short meeting at your property to discuss your goals, and take measurements. I will then send you a cost estimate and contract tailored to your specific job, once agreed upon we go over project dates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Construction Management, as well as 7 years working full time in the industry
