What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do offer hourly consulting fees, we typically try to construct our projects with set deliverables for our clients with a set fee structure. This helps all parties to have a clear understanding of what we will do and what the fee will be. We do not have a "one size fits all" approach. What we DO offer are very competitive consulting fees and positive, measurable results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with you and/or visit your business location, as necessary. It is just as important for us to make sure we are a good "fit" as a consultant as it is for you to feel like you are a good fit as a client. Our initial phone consultation is always free - no pressure and no fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our primary area of focus is the restaurant, bar, hotel, food court, casino and hospitality industry although we work with many other types of businesses as well. I attended Drury University and also have had many specialized training sessions and continuing education events over the years.
