- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates for all projects. Our mowing prices range from $25 - $60. Our landscaping bids are based on a $75 / hour labor rate, the cost of all materials for the job, and any subcontracted services. We proudly offer active military, veteran, and M.O.B. (Masterminds Of Business) discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet with customers to make sure we completely understand the size and scope of the project before we provide you with an estimate. For mowing, we provide weekly or every other week mowing options, and will accommodate your needs/wants for frequency of mow, height of the cut, and any special requests for detail work. We will work to get you on the next mowing schedule we have in your area, be it that week or the next. For landscaping services, we will price materials and labor, as well as any subcontracted portions of the project, before providing you a formal bid. Our goal is to get you on our schedule as soon as possible, but be aware we are often booked out on landscaping projects up to a month due to our large customer base.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a large range of services to builders, developers, property managers, realtors and investors, small businesses, and our meat and bones...homeowners! Most of our clients have been with us for more than one season, and they continue to provide the best advertising there is...referrals to their friends, family, co-workers, and local business owners.
