Prompt. Extremely curteous. Rate for job was reasonable. Excellent job trimming, mowing, and blowing debris off drive, porch, and highway. Didn't mind to pick up and haul away limbs and sticks. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to pay a neighborhood kiddo to pickup and haul away ones that were missed. Still got my money's worth for the time that was spent to get my yard in shape again.
