My central air stopped working on Saturday morning. Reach out to thumbtack and this company was the first to message me back. They could be out the next day between 2-4. The technician would call me to confirm arrival time.
3:20 rolls by and no word. So I message the company back. They then say they need to reach out to the technician. 3:27 they call me “unfortunately we won’t be able to make the service call today”. So obviously they had no sense of urgency to let me know. And wasted my time when I could have been looking for someone else or at least not sitting in a hot house waiting.

Estimated $400 for a simple lock cut. Then would not accept rejection for their offer. Then proceeded to try and intimidate and hassle me to pay for their service call which is stated as $30 but they kept saying $80, $60, $40. So I told them to leave or I would call the police.
