- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial quote is for basic services, it has been in my experience that many of my couples are looking to set their day a part from others. Depending on those needs that is reflected in the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with initial quote process, we have an initial consultation where we discuss the ideal ceremony for the couple. During the consultation we will put together a detailed outline of your day. Once we agree with the ceremony we contract the services that you have chosen to go with. I work directly with the couple (or wedding planner) to ensure all needs and expectations are met leading up to the day of the ceremony; and of course the ceremony itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of experience in public speaking. 5 years of Ordaining Weddings BS of Political Science from NIU Forensics Team (Debate Team) Spiritual Background (Christian Based) Community Engagement Manager
