FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a set price, I know how long each job should take and charge for the labor and materials provided. It is all broken down clearly in an itemized estimation. My rates aren’t the highest in the area but they aren’t the lowest. Always be cautious with low pricing, quality craftsmanship and reliable business is never “cheap”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an appointment with the customer and to see what work they are looking to be done. I then take any necessary measurements and develop a plan to get the job done. I typically leave an estimate with them before I leave and tell them when I would be able to fit them in my schedule. If the offer is accepted, I work with them on scheduling the project. During the construction or painting, I am present and keep them updated daily until the job is done. After the job is done I collect payment unless the job is an insurance claim, in which I provide the necessary documentation and help with the billing process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the industry as a laborer and contractor for almost 10 years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business and also hold a HAAG certification
