FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally with a new client, I first want to meet with the person(s) and get acquainted. Next, discuss their needs of the project and ensure all the necessities needed to do the project, including any possibilities that may arise during the project. Once there is a full understanding of the project and time span of work, a reasonable quote is negotiated to the satisfaction of both parties. Last is setting a date to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The cleaning section of my business is something that has been nurtured. The attentiveness to detail is a learned process through jobs dealing with health inspections. The combination of these has made cleaning work a passion and a compassion of others needs. The construction, painting, and repair section of my business has been past down from generations. The knowledge and techniques of our work is from years of experience. The passion of doing the work comes from the heart.
