FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are usually kitchens, baths, painting, concrete, carpentry, basement refinishings. We offer so many services it is hard to narrow down our most common jobs. We love working with customers and working in the trades so much that we usually do what ever projects we are asked to do. We pride ourselves on doing what we say we are going to. Showing up on time to the projects everyday and going the extra mile for our customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I always give my customers or potential customers if asked is never accept a quote over the phone or email without looking at the job first. A reliable contractor will want to be fair to the homeowner and to him or herself by respectfully taking a look at the site so the estimate can be fairly accurate. Also, most clients would like to meet the companies who would like to bid on their project so they can make sure that person is not a fly by night contractor. Don't be afraid to request a BBB Rating Report on each contractor. If the BBB doesn't have one you can request they develop one for you so you can make a wise decision. Also, you can tell a contractor who has experience by the way he words and lays out his estimates. If it has a lacking for information on the estimate and is not well thought out or laid out then 9 times out of 10 the company or individual is either just starting out in the trade or they don't have the necessary experience in that field to do a quality job. Never let a contractor start your project without proof of general liability insurance. Always ask for and check out references, anyone can put names and numbers down. No one is perfect and we all have to start out somewhere just be wise about who you choose. The way they conduct themselves from the very beginning says a lot about who they are and what they are about.
