This man deserves no stars at all. He came out, inspected a week ago tomorrow, Friday. He promised the inspection results the next day. After about a dozen calls from us and our realtor we still have no paperwork and he cashed the check for $300. So we are out $300 because he does not do his job correctly. My advice would be STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN. He is not on the up & up. He will take your $$$$ and produce nothing. He is a con man. We are also contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else we can think of. He couldn't find the time to give us our report but he found the time to cash our check.

Tim Warren arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. He would do part of his inspection and came back and showed us pictures of items that needs repair or just clean.
