From the first call to set up the appointment, I felt comfortable she told me who was coming and and even took my email to send a reminder. When Jason came out for the appointment he was right on time explained everything that they were going to do to my bathroom that I wanted done and how long it was going to take. The day before the job was schedule the office called and confirmed that they would be there and told me the craftsmens name. The next day Jeff and Jordan showed up right on time. Very professional and polite, they explained everything in detail or what they were going to do. They cleaned my marble shower, polished and sealed. They also remove and replaced the silicone. They did an amazing job. It looks Better than what it did when it was installed. When they were finished they explain what to use to clean it and keep it looking new. They also explained that they had a maintenance problem that I could be set up on as well. A couple days later I got a call from the office just making sure that I was satisfied with the job and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Marblelife amazed me by their attention to detail, their calls from the appointment to the courtesy call afterwards, and the work done. I have and will refer them to anybody I know.
