FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. I'm open to price negotiations. I want to make sure my client is satisfied. Word of mouth is the best asset that helps in my field. I appreciate it. Honestly so far through the years I haven't had any complaints. I like to know if there is something that the client would've liked me to do or suggestions for next time, since each individual has something they are particular about and it's my job to make sure I've covered that for them. So they feel comfortable and satisfied with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do surf the internet and such to see the newest equipment and cleaning solutions that may help me in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I gave always enjoyed ckeaning. My mother was very OCD with twice a year deep cleaning. .we're talking walls and all. She also instilled in me how much better the home feels after. She would have me pulling weeds outside etc. I'm very happy she taught me how to give a 110% in everything I would do. She loves her 409 cleaner.
