It has been one week since I’ve had a cigarette thanks to IBT Hypnosis. Triston was a consummate pro who got into the nitty gritty with me and helped me become a non-smoker! In addition to our session, he has followed up with me to check in, which is above and beyond. I plan to use IBT hypnosis again for other issues my subconscious can handle.
