- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have to renew trainer certification and business liscense every year. I am working a masters in foundation of health.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working out to be physically fit most of my 52 years as well as be healthy so I went back to school to get a degree in order to help others as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Maintain muscle & mobility. Regain strength & balance for those over 65. Help some with recovering from injury or surgery. As well with handicap. Train some for army&police academy physical. Work with clients training for marathons and such,even instruct high school football players how to build proper muscle for position they play. Helped a 78 year old man recovering from a stroke that left his right side arm & leg non functional.
