- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I plan for a portrait session, I like to meet with my clients in person or at the very least by phone, in order to fully understand their needs and get to know one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous workshops in newborn and family photography over the last four years, and participate in continued learning.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Take some time to really browse the photographer's website. Do they take the time to get to know their client? Does their style of work compliment your home and your own style? Does their work make you feel something? If it does then they might be a great match for you.
