absolutly the field of culinary arts is a contiunous moving field to stay up to date I take classes and attend seminares yearly
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
got hired with marriott corp. many years ago they sent me to cilinary school and gave me my first executve chef position even before I finished school

perpare food for senior citizens with different type diets also catering for large venues
