FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs are new roofs, roofing repairs, kitchen remodeling and home renovations. We do it all, whether its big or small, commercial or residential! Our licensed and insured general contractors specialize in complete residential & commercial remodeling, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, new construction, room additions, drywall repairs, carpentry, electrical, roofing, plumbing, flooring, decks, home restorations, home repairs, custom built-ins, basement refinishing, home improvements, patios, siding, and many other custom home renovations.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to choose a contractor that is licensed, insured and bonded. Check the BBB, or any other business forum for reviews or complaints so you know who you are dealing with.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish they knew how important it is to find a general contractor who has taken the time to do things by the book, such as get licensed, bonded, and insured. I cannot begin to tell you how many homes I have been in where the customer was burned by a shady contractor who took their money and ran. Some of the contractors actually start working on the job before taking their money but the work that has or hasn't been done usually leaves the homeowner with a huge headache and no money to fix it! I hope customers take the time to investigate who they are dealing with so they know what they are getting themselves into. We know how important it is to do a job right the first time and we know how important it is in our line of work to have an excellent reputation with the BBB.
