My pricing is straightforward and based on the type of service, travel distance, number of signatures, and appointment time. Mobile service fees may vary depending on location and after-hours requests. I always try to provide fair, transparent pricing upfront with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple documents, repeat clients, healthcare facilities, or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with learning what type of service the customer needs, confirming the documents involved, and verifying the location, date, and time. I then explain pricing, identification requirements, and any witnesses needed. Once scheduled, I provide confirmation and arrive prepared to complete the notarization professionally and efficiently. After the appointment, I ensure all documents are properly completed before closing the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 plus years of experience in notary and document services, along with extensive training in loan signings, Remote Online Notarization (RON), identity verification, and professional document handling. My background in Human Resources and compliance has also strengthened my attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service skills. I regularly stay updated on notary laws, procedures, and industry best practices.
