- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Definitely. Aside from the training's and certifications that my job requires. I personally seek makeup artistry development from internationally known and respected artist and through other outlets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually, it started early as a child watching my mother. Later, I would put makeup on my friends in the bathroom in high school. But I never knew of makeup artistry as a profession. While in college I always complimented on my makeup and often asked to do makeup for others, then once while I was shopping at THE major makeup brand counter, I was handed an application and asked to fill it out . Over 20 women interviewed for the position. I got it and the rest is makeup history.
