Orien was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was a highly satisfied customer. When the first tv was mounted in the living room, Orien suggested that I should go with a larger tv for the space. I selected a replacement tv which was too large to transport in my car. Orien volunteered to pick up the replacement tv for me. Excellent customer service, honesty, patience, and professionalism was demonstrated during my installation.
