Introduction: My biggest asset I think is my tremendous passion for my job. In addition to my long work experience a formal education from MSU in photography gives me all necessary tools and skills for each unique project. I believe that being from somewhere very far ( in my case it’s Ukraine) allowed me to see local people and scenery in a different way and notice what is exotic to me bringing in a fresh perspective. Most of all, I take pride in what I do and always, always do everything in my power to get the shots I believe would be the best. In person I am outgoing, happy, and love to meet new people. Above all, I am a mom to a 12 year old girl and a wife to a wonderful husband.

So thankful for Katherine coming to the hospital and taking our sweet baby pictures! She is so sweet, professional, and is amazing behind the camera. She was so considerate of our time with our family as we brought our son into the world, but still able to capture his birth at that sweet time of celebration. She stayed with us into the morning and went home and sent us edited images within hours!! At the time we did not know that my son and I would have some complications that kept us apart some the next few days, so those pictures Katherine stayed up and edited that early morning helped us to get thru the week!! Not sure if words can describe how thankful we are for Katherine’s use of her talent for our labor/delivery pictures!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I talk over the phone or text. Ask some questions about expectations and tastes. I ask to make a Pinterest board with inspirational ideas for the future shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience of the several years in the industry. I have a huge passion to do photography that matters a lot. Most of all, I was trained by an outstanding fashion photographer, Paul Pippin. Also, I continue education and regularly work in classes at Creative Live and update my techniques and equipment.
