No problem with the work but I would have appreciated more transparency. I only found out about a service fee AFTER the work was done (which happened to be nothing this time) despite talking to the company no less than 3x over the phone. There was also a fee to pay with a card. I had cash but they didn't have change so I had to pay with a card. Lastly, only after I couldn't meet with the repair man earlier than the scheduled appointment did it go from an "appointment" to an "appointment window". Again, none of these are egregious issues but I personally appreciate companies just being upfront with information. Otherwise withholding information just comes across as sketchy.

I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical, plumbing or HVAC work. Easy scheduling, knowledgeable & efficient technicians & fair pricing. They do things the right way, know the local codes & are able to answer any questions.
