was a complete disaster. did not follow the outline for the music I sent. instead of announcing bride and groom, they kept asking for food. didn't even get 2 feet in the venue before they were asking. missed multiple wedding reception moments bc they did not announce it even after going up to them and asking specifically. continually asked us for food throughout reception. music was way too loud, couldn't conversate with guests. when they finally announced bride and groom, they used the brides divorced name
