Introduction: I take pride in teaching people about the importance of whole fresh foods and also in preparing these foods for people to enjoy. Working closely with putting people in touch with local farmers in there area and also making them aware of the health benifits of eating right. My job is the most rewarding when people actually get to enjoy a beautiful meal with the people they love . I live for that one person who calls me to the table just to let me know that was the best food they have ever eaten. That is what I love most about my job and that make all the hard work and looooong hours worth it.

Since I have become affiliated with Chef Danie, I have had the opportunity of getting a close up and personal view of her food prep. I have observed nothing but fresh food being prepared each time. She is the go to person for tips on healthy eating and only cooks and serve food without all of the perservatives.

We love Capone's! Everything is freshly prepared... light, yet filling. Dani uses many local ingredients and the results are fabulous. Amazing sauces, too.

    Worked as the caterer for a film crew nine straight days on site. It was a great experience and we made sure they had breakfast and lunch everyday.
