FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stucco is normally bid by the square foot. We are pretty consistent with the average price. Usually using this app I need more information and need to come out and do an on site inspection in order to give you a honest quote. My inspections and quotes are free of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all of my customers the same no matter if it's a contractor whom I have worked with for several years or a first time homeowner they all are treated with respect .... I try to treat each person the way I would expect to be treated and I and my crew treat each project as if it were our own. I will say this though about new customers that are not familiar with the process of Stucco. It's a heavy construction process and over the years I have found that every now and then ( usually once a year) we will get a customer that doesn't realize what it takes to do a project and think it's just a paint product... it's not It contains concrete and normally consists of scaffolding and a lot of manuel labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stucco application is constantly comming out with a new system and as applicators we must stay updated with the newest systems. I always attend any new seminars thru the distributors. In order to be certified thru a distributor you must pass a written and application test. Being certified the distributors then will warranty our work. Me personally have over 25 years experience in all phases of Stucco ranging from the original conventional system, the EFIS or synthetic system, We also offer what is called the hard coat system using dura rock for strength. Have commercial and residential experience.
