- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No per-se' each job is an individual, that's why I prefer to physically look at a job before I give a price that might be too high or too low
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend seminars approximately 2 to 3 times a year for product knowledge
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired by an elderly gentleman and he basically took me under his wing and taught me all sorts of things such as how to sew carpet and how to make my own tax strip the trade Fascinated me and it gave me a sense of pride in what I was doing
