- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work by the hour or by the job, whatever is convenient for you. I am a firm believer in "no surprises." When I give you a price, you can rest assured it won't be a penny more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I listen and let the customer communicate to me Exactly what they want done along with any preferences they may have in how they want it done. after that I'll gather all the necessary information about the square footage of what needs cleaning how many rooms and bathrooms etc and at that time I will be better prepared to give them a basic price on conventional cleaning along with prices on extra stand alone services they may be interested in and this process helps to give the customer some kind of idea of the cost they are looking at. next I'll set up a time that is convenient for them for me to come out and take a look and give them a final contractual price with no surprises added when the jobs done. and if the price is agreed to I will start to work right then or whenever my customer prefers for me to start.

I have 20 years of experience with 25 classroom hours of A.C.H.A training.
