His prices are not as advertised. He accepted the job days before coming out, but didn’t contact me until the morning of which is fine but that’s what he tells me. His prices on Thumbtack are wrong and he charges $75 an hour instead of 40 which made my prices jump from estimated $80 175. He did an OK job, but basically all he did was clear trash and some sticks rake the leaves and mow my grass down to the dirt. Nothing to write home about. I’m sure you can find better value for the type of work he did

My prices are as advertised. But the subject to change depending on the severity of the job. I filled up a 12 foot trailer with your trash. Got pictures to prove it. Also, you texted me and wanted me to come that morning. I GOT PICTURES TO PROVE IT! Also if your gonna post pictures, make sure you post the after pictures. Because, again I GOT PICTURES TO PROVE IT!!!
