Introduction: I take the time to actually troubleshoot electrical issues that clients are having before jumping in head first, because often times rushing through a seemingly routine job results in poor workmanship, a possible safety hazard, and results in more money spent by clients, usually up front and in the long run.
I enjoy troubleshooting issues because it challenges me and I usually gain additional knowledge while figuring the issue out. I enjoy seeing the relief and genuine gratitude on someone's face after providing them with the end result. I enjoy the satisfaction I feel when I know I did a good job.
