Single-handedly he performed with excellence numerous carpentry and wiring projects that normally would have required multiple service companies and different types of technicians and skilled laborers to complete, saving us lots of money along the way. He really is a one-man-band. He is imminently knowledgeable and highly skilled in many areas. He is dependable. He always shows up when he says he will. He is faithful to his word. He lets you know right away if your particular repair or remodeling idea is out of his competencybut that is rare. He communicates clearly and in timely fashion. He never strings you along. He provides wise advice for how to get things done with the least expense, but always correctly and up to all licensing codes. He thoroughly cleans up the work area after every work session. His prices are reasonable. While serious about his work, his personality is pleasant and positive, so, he is easy to deal with. His equipment is up to date, and his online accounting procedures easy to execute. He tends to perfectionism, which, in fact, is a great asset as a handyman, because you have the confidence the job hardly could be done any better by anyone else.
