Introduction: I am a mobile notary. Most of the work that I do is closing real estate loans for various lenders and title companies. My base fee for loan closings is $100 for my home county (Forrest). Rates for other notary work may vary depending on any travel. I am a member of the National Notary Association and a certified notary signing agent. I also had a current background check through the NNA.
