FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and define the services needed by the customer. Then I'll get as much information as I can about the project/job to give a better price/quote. I give them several options to help with budget and also a guarantee for the work and quality of it. We like to gain the business but also build friendships in the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father started in carpentry/construction when he was in high school. As a result, I was raised learning about the craft. I have always been a perfectionist shop of course I have a need to learn about anything I get involved with. I started going to my dad's jobs around the age of 13 and had to have my tool belt and hammer. I'm daddy's boy so I was on his shirt tail everywhere he went. Our all just came to me like it was a natural part of life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get several quotes and look for character in the guys you consider. They have to care about the customer and their SATISFACTION. Second, quality and cost. If it sounds unbelievable, then it most likely is.
