FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the size of the wedding, number of guests, and just how much of the wedding planning you want me involved in. Some brides and their moms dream of planning the wedding themselves, but then have someone come in a couple of months ahead of time, get caught up on the plans, and then take over. It just depends on how many months I will be working for you, your budget, and what all I am actively doing for you. I have been given a flat fee and I have allowed couples to pay by the month. So... we need to talk and find out what will work best for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down face to face and go over all the details of the wedding. I ask the bride to bring pictures of things she wants to incorporate into the wedding, if she has them. I like to talk with the groom as well to find out what he wants in his wedding also. I take tons of notes, and then after the meeting, I get started on finding those elements we need for their dream wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years....going on 11 years of experience. I am an interior designer so I deal with fabrics, textures, colors, budgets, and deal with a variety of different people every single day. I also have been coordinating weddings held at my church for the last six years.
