I called Ron when my air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of a sweltering hot day. His crew member came right away and within five minutes, my home went from a sauna to a cool, comfortable environment. They did such an excellent job! They were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. During a time when customer service is almost nonexistent, Ron and Dynamic Heating and Cooling restored the idea that serving people really matters. I highly recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling for anyone looking to put the "customer" back in customer service, because that's what this company believes in. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is setting up an appointment to inspect the unit and to talk with the customer. The next thing is speaking with the customer about any recommendations that I feel is necessary to get the unit up to peak running condition.Lastly would be maintaining that unit with maintenance twice a year .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Diploma in HVAC/R and multiple certifications in Heating , ventilation and air conditioning. I also have my Masters license in Hvac.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a hvac/mechanical license. A EPA certification is not a license.
