Introduction: My name is Heather, and I do Day-of Event Planning/Coordination in the Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana area. Originally from Upstate New York, I have lived in Ridgeland, MS for the past five years. I was the Events Assistant for the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association in 2022-2023 in which I helped coordinate large scale events such as the state level Mississippi Prostart Culinary Competition at the Westin hotel. I have also provided wedding coordination services to clients in the Jackson area and in New Orleans. As your Day-Of Event Coordinator, my job is to ensure that your special day goes smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy every moment! I will meet with you prior to your event to understand your vision and then I will create a detailed day-of timeline. After receiving your vendor contact information, I will coordinate with your vendors regarding day-of logistics. Finally, I will be present for the duration of your event to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. I also am a licensed officiant. If you are also interested in this service, please ask!
