Our university hosted a tailgate event for 200 people and the food from First Bite was First Rate!!! Great choice, great food, and quick response.

Mr. Harris was super professional and provided us with quality service. The food was delicious and was comparable to a five star, fine dining restaurant. I will be using his services again in the near future.

Charles Harris is a personal chef. I must first acknowledge his meal. It was fantastic. He arrived to my home earlier than our set time. He was considerate enough to ask if I wanted more time to get ready. He was very professional and tactful. I highly recommend his services.

Charles & Shannon Harris were delightful to work with before, during and after our event. The menu recommendations they made were "spot-on" for our crowd and absolutely delicious. Charles was as accommodating and helpful as anyone could ask for. They even ran an errand for me to get electronic items we needed for our tailgate when they came back to replenish our food service. I will call them again and recommend them without hesitation.
