- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reinstall operating system without back up. $35, with backup $50. Standard upgrades will be $25. All repairs requiring parts will be based on the device and cost of part(s) with estimate giving within a days notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will over look the device/equipment for any cosmetic issue. You will then be given a best case worse scenario, quote you a price and depending on the repair will take it to my shop or in some cases there on the spot. I will not charge for repairs that will not or can not be completed. All repairs will be fair and honest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CompTIA A+ Certified, Dell and HP Certified.
