Introduction: We provide catering with a personal touch. Our food preparation is handled by a certified safe-food handling chef in a Mississippi Department of Health inspected facility. Most of our items are prepared from scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Items are prepared using in-house recipes or recipes provided by the clients to meet their specific needs. Food is presented in appealing manner. Custom cakes and desserts are also prepared in-house when they are requested from a wedding, anniversary, and birthday cakes, or items such as baklava, pusharatas, tiramisu, etc.

Carol Roch is a very professional lady and has great ideas for the party with which she is working. She catered our son's wedding rehearsal dinner for us at the beautiful Biloxi Visitor's Center. I wanted to have 3 choices for our 85 guests. She worked tirelessly with me to come up with a menu we were happy with as I juggled entree selections to get the choices and prices I wanted. She was extremely patient with us. Carol had a tasting party for us which was delicious. It certainly helped to define the choices we made. When asked she offered ideas for decorations and set-up. She even suggested a lady to help me with the table settings and flower arranging. The helper was a delight. This impressed me because everyone she suggested to me for help or advice in other areas were just as polite and professional as she was. The wait staff she used to serve the many guests were professional, polite and followed proper etiquette for which Carol had trained them. The entree choices we selected were Chicken Florentine, Squash and Shrimp Casserole (a Robert St. John recipe I requested), and a Gulf Coast Fish special (which was a filet of trout with crabmeat stuffing topped with a delicate sauce). All of them were excellent in taste and presentation. I have attended other functions that Carol has catered and tasted many of her delicious cakes. She always gives her all to make her part of the occasion the best it can be.

Carol provided the catering services for the Pascagoula High School Class of 79 - 35th Class Reunion in July of 2014. We did not know how many to plan for until the week before the event. Mrs. Roch was so easy to work with during the planning phase and was always accessible and provided information promptly. Her staff was especially nice and worked very hard to make sure everything was ready on time. Most importantly, the food was delicious. We chose ten appetizers from a wide variety offered. Mrs. Roch even provided a complimentary decorated cake. I received many positive comments regarding the food. I, along with the reunion committee, highly recommend her for your catering needs and plan to use her services again in the future.

Carol catered our wedding reception this past weekend. Her wedding cake is the absolute best wedding cake I have ever tasted! My family is still raving about it. I wanted to do a coffee bar with specialty creamers as the bride and groom's pick, and Mrs. Carol bent over backwards to get what we wanted! She is a hard worker, professional, and reasonably prices. Definitely recommend!

Carol provided a small family meal for my best friend following the birth of her baby. Since I live in Atlanta and could not help her myself, I looked for a local caterer and happened upon Carol Roch. I was delighted that she was willing to take on such a small job. She gave me several different meal ideas, which was greatly appreciated. And her pricing was right in line with what I was expecting to spend. I went with chicken Parmesan, buttered carrots, Caesar salad, garlic bread and German chocolate cake for dessert - she delivered the meal to their home, right on time, and even contacted my friend's husband to ensure everything went smoothly. My friend and her family loved the meal, and the surprise. :) And Carol was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed working with her. I would definitely recommend her services!!!

Buffet dinner for 45 which lasted 2 hours. Setup for 2 hours prior to event. Carol is very professional to work with. The food presentation was excellent and tasted fabulous. The event food buffet setup and staff looked very upscale and was well received. The decorated buttercream cake and truffle table favors were excellent as well. The china look plates and "silver" utensils provided a special touch. I would definitely recommend Carol for future events.
