I loved speaking with them, & their understanding over the phone of what I needed done in the apt for move in was great. I have to start with they did have to clean with no power or electricity (I did not know it wasn't on). That being said- I went myself today @ 8am as they did on Sat. There was plenty of sunlight to work in the empty apt & clean, with the exception of the bathroom, which they did inform me & they were correct. The duplex apt is an older home, but it did not only look like it hadn't been swept- cold water or not- it also wasn't mopped. There were also evident cob webs all over the ceilings & wall corners. I had already paid in full- and so given the power situation I asked them to do the best they could by sweeping & mopping and doing the fridge & oven (which both looked good, top of oven anyway- didn't open it) and anything else poss so we at least had clean floors etc. I'm hoping given a different situation they would've have done better. But working with someone 2.5hrs away- you get what you get. I somehow just believe me not being there & the power not being on (I offered to reschedule but she acted funny & didnt) I was a bit cheated on their services. Doesn't mean it would happen again or to anyone else- just our experience. We are now cleaning as we move & unpack our son. It isn't easy or fun. I only gave the 3rd star due to no power or hot water for their cleaning and what I believed to have been good pricing on the services. Sincerely~ money/time not well spent 😔

The prices for completed jobs are based on size of the dwelling. We offer differwnt packages. Interested individuals should call for a free quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has displayed interest, we normally communicate with the customer to get a feel for all the services they want done. The initial quote maybe lower or higher based on the deletion or addition of services.
